Martial Arts Birthday Parties in Trussville

The party they will not stop talking about.

Ninety minutes of games, mat time, and controlled chaos your kid will talk about until next year. Our coaches handle every second of it. You handle the cake.

The pitch

The party where the parents get to sit down.

You have been to the other kind. Twenty kids, sugar, no plan, and you spending two hours refereeing while your own child cries about a balloon.

This is not that. A coach runs the entire party like it is a class, because it basically is one. Structured games, real technique they get to try, and enough physical output that every kid leaves genuinely tired.

Meanwhile you are on the side of the mat with the other parents, drinking coffee, taking pictures, and doing nothing. That is the actual product.

The run of show

How ninety minutes goes.

Nobody is standing around wondering what happens next. The coach has it.

First 10 Arrival

Kids come in, shoes off, energy already at maximum. We get names and get them moving before anyone gets shy.

Next 20 Warm up games

Dodgeball, relay races, and mat games designed to burn the first tank of energy off fast.

Next 25 Real technique

A coach teaches them something real. Kicks, punches, and how to fall safely. They will show you at home for weeks.

Next 20 The main event

Board breaks, pad work, and the birthday kid gets the spotlight. This is the part that ends up on your phone.

Last 15 Cake and out

Party room, cake, presents, done. Kids leave exhausted and happy, which is the entire goal.

The split

What we handle. What you bring.

We handle

  • A coach running the full 90 minutes
  • All games, technique, and activities
  • Private use of the mat and party space
  • Setup before, cleanup after
  • Making sure every kid is included, not just the loud ones
  • Keeping it safe, which is the part you actually worry about

You bring

  • The cake
  • Drinks and any food you want out
  • Decorations, if you are into that
  • Goodie bags, if you must
  • A phone with storage left on it
Questions

What parents ask before booking.

How much does a party cost?
Pricing depends on the day, the time, and how many kids are coming. Message us with your date and headcount and we will send you a straight number, no packages you have to decode.
Do the kids need any martial arts experience?
None at all. Most of the kids at a party have never set foot on a mat, and the whole thing is built for exactly that. Our members and total beginners have the same amount of fun.
How many kids can come?
Up to about 20 on the mat works well. If your list is bigger, tell us and we will figure out whether it still works. We would rather tell you honestly than cram the room.
Is it safe?
Yes. A coach runs the entire party, every activity is age appropriate and supervised, and nobody is sparring. It is the same safety standard as our kids classes, which is the highest bar we have.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Absolutely. You bring the cake, drinks, and anything else you want out. We give you the space and the time to set it up.
How far ahead should I book?
Weekends fill up, so the sooner the better. Reach out with your date as early as you can and we will hold it if it is open.

Send us the date.

Tell us when the party is and roughly how many kids are coming. We will tell you if it is open and exactly what it costs. That is the whole process.
